Art Therapy

Art Therapy provides a safe passage of accessing feelings that may be difficult to articulate verbally. No Previous art experience or training is needed for Art Therapy, because the focus is on the creative process. I specialize in working with children and adolescents.

Art Therapy

Art therapy can helps people practice mindfulness, make connections through creating art and find meaning in what is created. Together, we can explore how artwork interconnects thoughts, feelings, and experiences. No art experience is needed to participate in art therapy.

I have been trained in multiple evidenced based approaches that connect the mind and body, including Art Therapy, IFS, Somatic Therapy.
